Manifesto

I'm defined not just by what I am, but also by the ideals I uphold. I am a spouse and father, a professor and innovator, a mentor and researcher. Above all, I am a person who adheres to my core values: sincerity, honesty, responsibility and a never-ending quest for knowledge.

My life is a never-ending quest for knowledge. I recognized my actual purpose as I accumulated expertise in numerous industries, from management consulting in Russia to designing educational programs in Italy, throughout the years. It's not just my profession; it's my passion, my calling, and my method of making a difference in the world.

I am a firm believer in the power of education to influence lives and the planet. Every lesson in my classroom is an opportunity to learn something new, be challenged, and grow. I am proud of my ability to motivate pupils not only to think but also to act.

In a changing world, my mentality is to stick to my convictions. I reject naive faith and transient feelings. My goal is to inculcate in people a sense of responsibility for themselves, their decisions, and the world around us through profound understanding and mindful actions.

My clients and students encounter a variety of challenges, ranging from a lack of business management skills to responding to quickly changing market realities. Through my classes and consultations, I not only offer them the tools and tactics they need but also the confidence to overcome these challenges and achieve success.

I admire persistence, hard work, and a drive to work for the greater good. My success is determined by the achievement of my students and clients. Their progress and achievements motivate me to pursue what I love every day.

In this manifesto, I commit to continue my mission of teaching, mentoring, and inspiring everyone who seeks knowledge from me, while adhering to my core values of sincerity, integrity, and excellence. We develop together, becoming people who accept responsibility for their lives, their actions, and the world we all share.
